an old question, but there seems to be new info all the time. every few months, WHOLE EGGS are good, the a few months later top dietitians say only eat the white…not for less calorie reasons, but the reason is the whole egg is bad… then a few months later they cover their ass by saying eat them in moderation…
whats a guy to do?
wheather you are a runner running 10 miles a day, or a lifter doing an hour hard a day, you need good food…
why the yes on whole milk and whole eggs one month and then 6 months later the EXPERTS are changing their tune?
shouldnt all dietitians who all study the same books and pass the same tests all have the same answers?
go on crossfits web page and they have you eating a ton of eggs butter meat. go on a cyclists web page, and the have top dietitians working for the powerhouse teams and they are eating tons of pasta, which is a no no in crossfit, and egg whites and almost the opposite kind of diet…they have lots of seminars on crossfit re diet and they say its pasta and bread that cause heart disease, not meat butter whole milk and eggs. why do the cyclists and runners have their gyts eat all pasta bread and potatoes and rice ? i know for carbs, energy, but aint they going to die sooner? in the long run?
wtf ware we athletes supose to eat??
