Indigo Timing

With school starting up again, I’m a little concerned about the timing of my indigo use. I know the label says to space the doses by 6 hours, but will it make a difference if they’re 7 or 8 hours apart? I want to be able to utilize the full effects of the nutrient re-partitioning, as well as using it prior to my Plazma serving.

Or am i just stressing too much?

Maybe stressing out a little too much, but that okay! We know you just want to get the most out of <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/indigo-3g"target=“new”>Indigo-3G.

Doses need to be spaced at least 6 hours apart, but more than that is fine. The reasoning is that one serving of Indigo-3G is “in you” and active for at least 6 hours, so there’s no need to overlap dosages. So, sounds like you’re good to go.

Great, thanks!
