Would Indigo be recommended for my first natural Physique contest prep? I’m 8 weeks out, 5’8", 172lbs down from 180, 8 weeks ago, about 10% bf down from 16%bf. I’m happy with my conditioning but feel I have a lost a little size…I know this is expected. I would like to tighten things up the last 8 weeks and afraid of losing more size. I’m averaging 2500 calories/day, min 200g Protein/day, I cycle carbs, 100 on low days, 150-200 on normal days, and 2 days over 250grams.
I do 5 to 6 weight training days, 3 days HIIT for 15 min, 2 days 20 min walking. Will Indigo help me although most of my days are 200 carbs or less? I also just added Creatine back to my diet, and just bought some HOT-ROX to tighten up on the fat loss. I thought about adding calories back to my diet but was suggested to not.
