Indigo During Peak Week?


I love the effect of Indigo. Was just wondering how it should be taking during a peak week. Would make sense to take it before carb meals sure, but because carbs introduced sporadically while depleting and reintroducing carbs, I was just wondering if there will be any additional help from Indigo.
