Indigo and Peri-Carbs

I was wondering, since Indigo helps to partition nutrients into the muscles instead of into other storage mediums…would you get a positive result using Indigo with your peri and post training Carbohydrate intake ? Would it be more effective at feeding the muscles while they are working ?

Or is it better just to use it as directed ?

Using Indigo around your peri-workout nutrition is using it as directed. You want to take it a half-hour before your pre-workout drink. That’s on purpose, because it does give it a chance to work when it’s 100% most effective.

Use as directed. Indigo is working for several hours so taking it 30 minutes prior to peri workout nutrition will result in it being in you for post workout nutrition unless of course you train for like 8 hours.
