Does anyone have experience with indigo-3G?

Would you recommend it for women?

Is it more of a muscle builder or fat burner?

There is a whole forum dedicated to people’s I3G logs. http://tnation.T-Nation.com/free_online_forum/sports_body_training_performance_bodybuilding_indigo_2?pageNo=1&s=forumsNavTop

IT works great for everyone. Especially Women.

It’s a nutrient repartitioner that helps fuel muscle building. It also indirectly helps blast fat. It’s a great product. If you give it enough carbs you will build muscle and lose fat.

It upregulates the gene expression for nutrient uptake, and down-regs the expression for fat storage. So both!

It’s the wunderdrug a lot of people have been waiting for IMO. Worth every penny I’ve put in to it for the past 2ish. years

Check out the original Indigo-3G article: <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_article/most_recent/indigo3g_repartitions_nutrients_into_muscle_instead_of_fat"target=“new”>Original Indigo-3G Article. This should answer your questions, just keep in mind that the formula has been upgraded since then so the current dosing is 2 servings of 6 capsules per day for full dosage.

And yes, it’s great for females as well.
