Indigo-3G when Sick?

Quick question. What should we do on days where we don’t feel so good and we don’t train and don’t eat much. Should we skip Indigo on that day or take a dose before dinner and just get in whatever carbs we can?

We’d suggest going with the latter, as long as you’re not so sick that can’t keep anything down of course.

For best results with Indigo-3G, you want to use a continual dosage for at least 8 weeks, full dosage if possible. This may lead to Indigo-3G being better able to “fix” dysfunctional fat cells and nutrient uptake mechanisms: the long-term benefits. Of course, it doesn’t ruin the effect if you’re forced to miss a day, but try to get in a serving if you can.
