I am a woman 5’5 and 135 lbs (mother of 3-38years old). I trained for competition about 6 years ago and got really lean and put on a lot of muscle. Over the years my muscles have grown b/c I love to lift. I incorporate heavy lifting 1/2 days a week and lighter higher rep lifting 3 days a week. I have a layer of fat even though I eat pretty clean. I am not looking for greater mass in my muscles. I just want to lean out. Will Indigo-3G help me lean out and not bulk up in the process? Or do they go hand in hand?
