Hello! I train from 3.30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. every day for an hour and a half, sometimes in the morning and afternoon. When do I have to eat Indigo-3G? Should I take any supplements?Is there any side effect?
Indigo-3G is best taken 30 minutes prior to your workout nutrition. To get the most out of Indigo-3G, it is highly recommend to use something like Plazma while training.
An ideal scenario would be:
2:45pm - Indigo-3G
3:15pm - One serving of Plazma
3:30pm - Training and second serving of Plazma during
