What’s the suggested use for a short term “cell repair” cycle for people who don’t train? Would 4-6 weeks of 1*6 caps be sufficient assuming the diet is already in check?

Now, instead of a pre-workout 6-capsule serving, we’ve have those folks simply use before the carbiest meals of the day and at least 6 hours apart: pre-lunch and pre-dinner for example.
If budget is an issue, starting them on maintenance dose would work, but the idea is to create a big impact to start with and get the body trending in the right direction quickly.
