I’ve put away some cash to do a cycle or two of Indigo 3G, although I don’t have the funds to consistently stay on the supplement long-term like some have done. I lost a considerable amount of weight in the early 2000s, and have kept most of it off, but just suffer from some of the side-effects that it is designed to address (e.g., poor nutrient uptake, carb sensitivity, etc.).
In deciding how much to purchase and how long to stay on it to let it help “fix” some of the residual FFB problems, what are your recommendations, 6-8 weeks? I’m in my early 30s and strength train 4 days/week using 5/3/1 templates. I’m pretty disciplined overall with my diet, just want to be able to make some gains without the ill effects that you’ve described from higher “clean” carb intakes over 150-200g/day.
