Indigo-3g and Work Capacity?

#1

Does indigo-3g coupled with good nutrition lead to a greater work capacity and ability to train? due to the whole driving nutrients into muscle. Also in that regard would it be suitable to strength training or is there something better (for work capacity and recovery) in that regard?

Yes it does lead to an increased work capacity. It works for all facets of training, it really helps with strength because you can get more work in which will lead to better strength gains. Now instead of 315 for 1 set of 3, you can do 315 for 2 sets of 3, etc

Yes. Increased work capacity is one of the first effects noticed by <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/indigo-3g"target=“new”>Indigo-3G users, especially when used in conjunction with <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma.

In fact, one user on this stack, T-bone12, just posted this in another thread: “Plazma is 100% legit. I feel like I literally cannot get tired in the gym. You can go all out for every set, finish the entire workout and still feel like you can train for another hour. It is an odd feeling. It is not a stimulant feeling either, just a feeling like you recover between sets very fast.”
