Indigo-3G and Pre-Workout Supplementation

#1

mvanrij asks:

I just received my order of Indigo-3G and am looking forward to trying it out. I wanted to get a bit of clarification regarding pre-workout supplementation. This may seem a stupid question but does that mean I should take it before I take my pre-workout supplements?

Yes, take your <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/indigo-3g"target=“new”>Indigo-3G about 30 minutes before your pre-workout nutrition. Now, note that we say “nutrition.” If you’re talking about a stimulant supplement, that’s different. We mean things like <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma.

Hi Chris, thanks for the reply.
I do not take any caffeine or other stimulants, just amino acids and NO boosters in some coconut water.

Most of what I read about it made me think it was better taken before a big meal and since I do not eat heavily before hitting the gym I was uncertain which would be the better time to take Indigo-3G.

Pre-workout is generally the best time if you’re using good workout nutrition. Yours, well, isn’t. (Sorry, don’t mean that to sound harsh.) Here’s a great article that really gets into the nuts and bolts of ideal workout nutrition, based on the latest science: <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/supplements/what-you-dont-know-about-workout-supplementation"target=“new”>What You Don’t Know About Workout Supplementation

Thanks for sharing the article, I’ll be reading through it.
