Would there be any perks of taking Indigo-3G after a cheat meal? For example, if something comes up and you can not take your Indigo-3G dose before a special occasion, could Indigo-3G be ingested as soon as possible after the meal to “lighten the load” per say?
It doesn’t hurt, but obviously taking <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/indigo-3g"target=“new”>Indigo-3G 30 minutes prior is ideal.

Chris, reading this I have a doubt for its physiological action. For instance, typical dose before huge dinner meal (cheat), would be a good idea it take indigo as well, in the middle of the night, cause insuline and glucose will keep high? Would indigo help decreasimg inflamation from insuline and still act driving to the muscle minimizing the signal in the fat tissue?
And one more question about timings of indigo. Can I add another dose in this situation?
18:16 - 6 Micro pa
18:30 - 6 Indigo
19:00 - 1/3 of 4 Plazma
19:20 - Leg training High pump volume 2/3 plazma during workout
21:00 - Finish workoot
21:30 - 1.5 MAG-10 6 Micro pa
22:45 - 8-9 Indigo
23:15 - cheat meal
Michel, do not take take Indigo-3G in the middle of the night if that was the original question you asked. Follow label directions for best results.
You can however take it twice per day, once before training and once before a big meal at another time in the day. Doses need to be at least 6 hours apart when taking it twice per day.
Also, there’s is no need to take more than 6 capsules per serving.
