In Need of Texture

For those days that the shakes are getting to you and the Ice/slushy just isn’t doing it.

With my last shake, would it be ok to make a pseudo brownie/cake:

scoops of protein

Nut butter
calorie free sweetener
dash of baking powder

No calorie difference here, just a small relief on the lack of texture.

What are your thoughts on this?

Part of breaking the bad habits is getting is getting a little bored of the shakes. This is “rehab.”

Plus that’s a slippery slope. Many who start to do those things end up doing a little something else, then more, then more, then they’re not really on the V-Diet anymore. I’ve seen this happen for years.

In other words, no, do the diet. (You’ll thank me.)

Ha, Thanks. Kinda already knew the answer but figured I’d ask. And, yes I can see that being a very slippery slope. I’ll just suck it up, I’m almost half way there.
