This is Day 1 to Day 5. Most all of my fat is on my abdomen, so easily hidden, and people keep teasing me for being on this diet, “You’re so skinny! Why are you dieting?” If I hadn’t captured this pose, I wouldn’t notice much change. This is bending forward, but sucking in as hard as I can. Amazing difference in just 5 1/2 days. Now on day 7. Feeling good.

100% bloating. No way to melt abdominal fat in 51/2 days, even with V-diet. Anyway, you probably feel a lot better, especially during your long run.
