Strange results when I did not lose weight, although I was weighing in on two different scales which is part of the problem. If I get to 215 by next week/end of diet I will be happy.

Not sure if I am going to get my lifting workout in or not today. I will not be getting a lunch break from work to do it on. I will attempt to do it after work tonight around 8pm or so…

15 SECOND REST TIMES ARE BRUTAL. I WAS LAUGHING AT MYSELF BECAUSE I COULDN’T SQUEEZE OUT THE 2ND PULLUP.

good stuff right here. losing those inches around the waist is key, doesnt even matter that your weight loss isnt as much as you wanted. hit the gym tonight man, a crappy tired workout is better than no workout at all. they cant all be gems.

Thanks bro; I did hit the gym being that it is in my basement. I found a way to get away from work for a break anyways with all the snow there were no customers in the store.
A few more days and I will be posting the 4 week progress pictures. If what my wife tells me is true (lol) then there will be a very significant change.
