That’s a solid stack and the supps can work well together. Make sure you’ve got some workout nutrition like Plazma or even Surge Workout Fuel in place before all else though, because workout nutrition is fundamental before other layers of supplements.
What kind of info were you looking for specifically? Stick with the label recommendations for everything and you’ll be set. Indigo-3G before training or, on non-training days, before dinner. Micro-PA can be taken at the same time as the Indigo (on all days) to keep things simple. Carbolin-19 twice a day 6ish hours apart, like with breakfast and lunch is fine.
