I don’t have alot of fat to lose and I can’t stand shakes all day so I did 2 days of the VDiet right on, then on day three had 4 shakes and 1 chicken breast, 2 slices of swiss cheese and some iceberg lettuce at night along with 1 teaspoon nut butter. day 4, 4 shakes and rotisserie chicken, salad, and some sliced ham. it seems that works better for me and I feel and see results.
I know it maybe slower and you don’t at all advise changes. my question, should i do Surge after workouts if I continue the 1 HSM approach. based another post i’m betting you recommend no cheese though. I get the no wheat. that’s probably why i saw and felt results right away after those 2 days.
