Hunter's V-Diet Log [Insert Witty Name Here]


So I’m a little late in starting my log (started the diet Sunday, got my computer back last night). Here’s what I’ve gotten so far:

Initial weigh-in: 276
This was on Saturday before going out for free beer and wings like an idiot and bloating a couple pounds.
Day 6 weigh-in: 271
I guess I’ve dieted the beer and wings off, and then some.

No measurements yet because I was stupid and busy on Sunday. Will do tomorrow.

I saw Social Distortion again last night for my NEPA. Definitely got my NEPA in, but it probably got me some nasty bug, too. No reason not to work out, though; if corstijeir can do this shit with cancer, I’ll survive a sore throat.

Sumo Deadlift: 255 x 9, 6, 6, 5, 5, 5, 4 or something like that
Incline DB Bench: 50s x 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 5
Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown: 115 x 9, 8, 6, 6, 6, 5

(I think these numbers seem asymmetrical, but I love me some deads.)
