Hungry/Weak Before Training, Advice?

what should I do if I’m hungry and feel a little weak before training, but my diet doesn’t call for any food until after?

If you’re not currently on the V-Diet, try one half to one full FINiBAR or a serving of Surge Workout Fuel. The proper fuel (including carbs) during the peri-workout period will NOT “turn to fat”, so no worries there.

If on the V-Diet, sip 1/3 of your Surge Recovery before training, 1/3 during and last of it right after.
