Is it acceptable for my 1 HSM to have a shrimp stir fry consisting of shrimp, onions, peppers, EVOO, mushrooms,bean sprouts, garlic, and then some garlic chili paste? Basically I was more so wondering is the sugar content too high from the onions, peppers and garlic chili paste?
No, that’s fine. But try to increase the green veggies in there if you can. Maybe add a spinach salad or side of steamed broccoli.
And if you’re making it yourself, switch to coconut oil and save the EVOO for your salad. Cooking with EVOO basically ruins a lot of the good aspects of it. Think: EVOO = raw only.
