Hey Chris, I can’t seem to find this question on here so I thought I would ask it. I am getting ready for my first HSM tonight. I am going to grill a sirloin, steam some asparagus, have a sweet potato, and some fruit for dessert.
My question is, do I need to be careful what I use for dry seasonings on my steak? And I know this probably doesn’t need to be asked but I am going to anyways. Can I use any amount of butter on anything? Not margarine, but real butter?
