Any change is food intake can cause this for a while, even a healthy change. You’ll adjust.
But just in case, what do these HSMs consist of?
Chicken, veggies, spinach, and Omelette, with a little bit of that Shakshouka … But not all at once!
Oddly, although obviously healthy, the reintroduction of veggies or increasing green veggie intake can cause temporary gas issues. It’ll pass.
