I had my HSM on Sunday, which was the same day I did my first V-burn challenge. I replaced my dinner shake with my meal but I also did not drink the Surge Recovery after my workout because I ate almost immediately after. It made sense in the moment but now I’m wondering if I should have done it that way.
My HSM consisted of
8 oz grilled salmon
1 boiled egg
two sliced boiled red russet potatoes
extremely low calorie sugar free balsamic vinaigrette
