  1. Punctuation would be helpful here.

  2. At 335, your main goal is stop eating and drinking the junk you already is making you fat. You would not have to count calories or get a “diet.” Just stop the obvious stuff. (And you know exactly what that is I’ll bet.)

  3. I’ll give you my one-rule diet. Start here: Eat nothing that contains wheat. Read every label and get it done. This will get rid of most junk, bring down your carbs, and remove a food that causes cravings and food addictions by affecting brain chemistry.

so wheat bread would qualify as wheat ,no milk, no cereal so white bread is the better choice than wheat or just get rid of bread completely no crackers as well? what are the tricky foods to avoid besides the obvious ones?

If it contains wheat, don’t eat it. Easy rule. Just read all labels.

There are alternatives like rice bread, almond crackers etc. but these aren’t always “perfect” foods, but a step in the right direction.

If you need more of a “diet” I’d suggest the 100 Gram Carb Cure for a month or two, then look into <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/indigo-3g"target=“new”>Indigo-3G.

Here’s the Carb Cure: http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_article/most_recent/one_hundred_gram_carb_cure

Here’s where my no-wheat rule comes from, a summary at least: http://thehealingproject.us/2012/09/22/book-summary-wheat-belly-by-william-davis-md/
