Hi, first post here, I am planing to start the V-Diet next week, and I couldn’t found the milled flaxseed in stores, so I bought the organic flaxseed(not powder form) and grind it myself, but now the question is how much grams should I take? Anyone please help~Thanks
Typically, two tbsps or 13g is considered a serving.
BTW, if you can’t find milled flax in the supplement section of big stores like Wal-Mart, go to the baking aisle. You can usually find it there (cheap too) in a box.
