How long will it take to look like this at the 1:30 mark with intermittant fasting 1 to 2 times a week


with me like this currently? Seems all my fat is around my belly button covering my lower abs

You need to build muscle. Losing fat should not be the main goal of an already skinny guy. You’ll just look skinnier. The people you want to look like aren’t just leaner, mainly they have more muscle.

I don’t like traditional forms of intermittent fasting.

I do not have a crystal ball to predict how long it would take you to reach your goal. I know nothing of your training, diet, dedication level, genetics, etc.

Scan the T-Nation archives, find a good training program and stick with it. Eat quality clean foods. Use the supplements you need when you need them for your goals. That’s really all I can say.
