How Are You Spacing Out Shakes?

Could anyone that has done this give me an idea of how you spaced out your shakes? Did you have a set time each day? Thanks

I am a pretty early guy so every 4 hours … 0400, gym at 0500, 6-630 for Surge on gym days, 0800, 1200, 1600 and 2000 right before bed so far OK except for around noon when everyone decided to bring in really yummy smelling lunch today


Yeah I’d agree, shake every 3-4 hours. Try to get the Surge no later than 1 hour after your workout.
