Hot Yoga/Bikram Yoga for NEPA

Hey Chris,

What are your thoughts of on doing Bikram/Hot yoga for NEPA on a non-workout day? Is it too much or is it ok because it’s not really steady state cardio?

It’s okay.

I would try it then see what you felt like during your next workout. If you feel weak and worn out, maybe try it again but be more attentive to hydration. If it leaves you feeling flat a second time, it is too taxing.

Thanks, I know it is a pretty intense NEPA workout, so I will have to experiment. Haven’t gone yet, gonna try it tomorrow after work and see how I feel on Friday.
