I know it says take 2 pills twice a day with 6 hours in between, and currently, I take a serving around 6 am upon waking and then again around 2 or 3 after my lunch break. I don’t workout until around 8 or 9. Should I wait to take my first serving a little later in the morning and then take my second dose closer to when I workout? Or does that not make much of a difference?
It isn’t necessary to take it pre-workout in terms of fat loss, however, if you wanted to use it as a pre-workout pick-me-up, you could. Just make sure it doesn’t affect your sleep taking it that late.
I know that, for me, one of the most noticeable effects of Hot-Rox is that is drops my appetite, so taking it during the day is the best route in that regard. (I’m actually starting back on it in the next week or so.)
Like SBT said, a pre-workout boost is nice, but it’s definitely not necessary for best results. As long as you get the full dose so you’re getting hit with all of the ingredients, you’re good to go.
