I’m 7 weeks away from my first natural bodybuilding competition. I’ve been taking Indigo for about 3 weeks now and I’m ready to add HOT-ROX. Is there anything else that might benefit or am I good with that? My diet is pretty much on point, having low, medium and high carb days, with 3 days a week of HIIT.
Also, is it recommended to take HOT-ROX prior to training to also use it as a pre-workout boost or not? I eat most of my calories and carbs pre, during and postworkout in the evening.
