For this cut I’m going to take the plunge and try HOT-ROX this year, once I get closer to my goal composition and want to really ratchet up the results. I have a couple concerns about dosing; first I’ve never used caffeine, or even had it really. I don’t drink coffee, soda, etc., and I don’t take any energy supplements, etc. I also have never tried a thermogenic before. Generally speaking I’m an obstinate bastard so I’m not really intimidated, but I do want to know what to expect and if I should modify the dosing recommendations.
