HOT-ROX Dose for Someone New to Caffeine?


For this cut I’m going to take the plunge and try HOT-ROX this year, once I get closer to my goal composition and want to really ratchet up the results. I have a couple concerns about dosing; first I’ve never used caffeine, or even had it really. I don’t drink coffee, soda, etc., and I don’t take any energy supplements, etc. I also have never tried a thermogenic before. Generally speaking I’m an obstinate bastard so I’m not really intimidated, but I do want to know what to expect and if I should modify the dosing recommendations.


Start with 1/day for sure, in the AM. You’re definitely going to feel the effects if you’re not acclimated to stims at all. From there, I would say add in a 2nd cap in the early afternoon, rather than 2 in the morning. This should be sufficient for awhile. If you decide eventually that 3 a day is tolerable, add the 3rd to your AM dose.

Good advice above. The max recommended dose of <a href=""target=“new”>HOT-ROX is 4 capsules per day. That’s 2 capsules taken twice per day, one dose in the morning and and one in early afternoon-ish. Start with the morning-only dose and only use 1 capsule. If it hits you hard and that’s uncomfortable for you, take it with food or after breakfast. This won’t interfere with the fat burning effects but will dampen the energy effect. After that, add the afternoon dose, 1 capsule only. That may be all you ever need or you could ramp up to full dose.

If HOT-ROX is just too much for you, consider things like <a href=""target=“new”>Indigo-3G, <a href=""target=“new”>Carbolin 19 or even <a href=""target=“new”>Se7en (marketed toward women, but effective for men too.) None of those contain caffeine or yohimbine and work very well via difference mechanisms of action.
