HOT-ROX and Indigo-3G

#1

Just curious if anyone has tried an Indigo-3G/HOT-ROX combo at the same time and if you noticed any difference by combining the two.

@jbal: I can say the leanest I have ever gotten was with the use of HOT-ROX. I am leaning out on a full dose of IG3 now, and will give it another 3 weeks and decide whether I’m going to lower to one dose of IG3 and add the HOT-ROX to it. I know it is okay to take both together.

…it should be good, as the peri dose of IG-3 will help the carbs shuttle plus the HOT-ROX around the clock for thermal nuclear fat loss. I imagine this is the best fat loss stack for now.

While it’s okay to use <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/indigo-3g"target=“new”>Indigo-3G and <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/hot-rox-extreme"target=“new”>HOT-ROX at the same time, we don’t feel it’s necessary. Indigo-3G is all you really need if diet and training are in order. It repairs the underlying issues that lead to poor nutrient uptake and dysfunctional fat cells.

We’ve had a few Indigo-3G users lose over 100 pounds of fat, without using a fat burner.

However, some people just enjoy the mood-enhancing benefits of HOT-ROX. They may also want to try <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/brain-candy"target=“new”>Brain Candy or <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/brain-candy-caffiene-free"target=“new”>Brain Candy Caffeine Free if using HOT-ROX for mainly that purpose.

I take 1 tablet of HOT-ROX Extreme twice a day whilst I’m on I3G, but that’s more for the benefits it gives me mood-wise; I usually feel happier, more energetic and more relaxed when taking HOT-ROX.

For the moment @13-14%BF (69kg) and not knowing whether to diet down or have access calories to build muscle. I guess I want it both like everybody.
I realise I have to go down to <10% to have the results I work for.
I use Indigo-3G, Plazma and Mag-10 since 1 month and gained 1kg since then at same BF%.

I workout 3 times a week (full body, compound movements, testosterone stimulating 6x6 plans as described on t-nation, with on some off-days bonus workouts with HI-complexes, again as described on… )

Being 172cm, 69kg and 13-14%BF today, should I still diet a calory deficit to get leaner?
Or a small calory excess to built muscle, which will burn the extra fat?

Would adding a fat burner (Hot-Rox) be useful?

Another question:
do I have to count the calories that come in the peri-workout (2servings Plazma and 1serving Mag-10)? Or do those equal out the calories burnt by the 60 minute workout?

Bonus question:
How does Indigo-3G change this anyway? Does it allow one to eat more calories in carbs while still dieting down? Or does it only work in muscle building calory excess phases?
