After the V-Diet (lost over 50lbs) Ive basically gravitated to the Pulse feast plan. My questions, Is honey directly from the bee’s butt good for me or is it just better than other sweetners, and, what brand of butter do you recomend?

Honey is pretty much junk (it’s mostly fructose) except for rare usage in recipes. And even then, I’d only use it in raw, unfiltered, unprocessed, form – basically, nothing you see in a normal grocery store.
I like Splenda for cooking and Truvia for coffee. And no, I don’t think they’re harmful at all.
For butter, go with real pure organic butter if you can find it. I use Smart Balance with omega-3s added too. It’s not perfect, but it’s okay.
