1 cup almond flour
8 ounces Sharp cheddar
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
Water as needed to make it dough consistency
Roll out mixture flat and put in fridge for 30-45 minutes
Cut into small squares on a non stick pan
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or longer of you like. Not quite as crunchy as the real thing but still very satisfying.
