HIIT on Treadmil After Weights?

#1

Hey Chris

I am almost done with week 3 now. From what i can see in the mirror, its clear that i am not going to acheive my ultimate goal of 8% BF

So with that said, If i dont see any improvement over the next 3 weeks can i incorporate some HIIT On a treadmill after my workout or on my off days?

When i am all done with this program, what changes should i make in my training? i was going to continue with 2 shakes and the rest HSM’s after i am through with the program.

I’m not sure where you’re at body fat wise now, but not achieving your “ultimate goal” in 21 days doesn’t mean you need get to get extreme or be disappointed. For best results with the V-Diet, stick to the plan. If you are losing inches according to your tape measurements and making progress, then don’t change anything. Add more NEPA if you want to speed things up without risking muscle loss.

Many V-Dieters have had great continued success by joining the Indigo Project. Here’s some info:

LOL!
Are you taking this product?

If so, how long have you been on it?

My guess is it is fairly new and has not been out for more than a year yet.

I think i’ll wait for about 5 years and closley track and research this product before i start taking it.

I dont feel comfortable messing with the way the body naturally handles food or fat cells!

Sure it might do what it says and change the game all together, but would’nt doubt it messing you up pretty bad later in life.

Thats why i chose the V-Diet cause it is natural.

But the Indigo 3G does definitley seem like a break through.

I’ve been on Indigo for a year. About 15 pounds more muscle, no need to live on low carbs just to stay lean (leaner now than when I was paleo), and it’s very healthy stuff. Read up on it.
