So I finally decided to go ahead and do this. I have everything I need just some quick questions.
Any recommendations on when to workout during the day? Try to get more kcals in after workout?
Do I do the surge after the circuit workouts?
The 30-60min walk, do I do them on workout days also?
Any recommendations on butter? Type? Peanut, cashew, almond etc?
