So I finally decided to go ahead and do this. I have everything I need just some quick questions.

Any recommendations on when to workout during the day? Try to get more kcals in after workout?

Do I do the surge after the circuit workouts?

The 30-60min walk, do I do them on workout days also?

Any recommendations on butter? Type? Peanut, cashew, almond etc?

This will be very interesting!

I also use AnimalPak regularly, can I keep that up?

  1. Workout whenever is best for you. Take Surge Recovery after weight training workouts. Those are your extra cals.

  2. Just after weight training. Not V-Burn.

  3. Yes.

  4. Almond or walnut are best. Make sure they’re really natural and not that fake “no stir natural” that has added sugar and oil.

Sounds good!

I’ll drop by wholefoods and look for walnut, that sounds awesome.

Also going to try to take a pic everyday and make a neat youtube video at the end.
