Hey Chris, Critique on What I Eat?

I’d basically just like some critique on what I eat. Of course, I don’t eat the exact same food everyday, this picture is just to show a sample of what my daily food consists of some days.

My goal is to get bigger, and gain muscle.

Read a lot…

125g of protein? Really? Are you a 5 year old girl?

Use the search function.

No one is going to spoon feed you, stop being so god damn lazy.

Get rid of all wheat and milk. (Read the book Wheat Belly for more info.) Eat lots of rice and use peri-workout nutrition (Anaconda etc) for carbs. Have a little fruit for breakfast and cut it off for the day.

Eat 500-1000 calories over maintenance levels. Increase protein.

I know that I ain’t getting enough protein as it is for now. I’ll buy some powder as soon as I get paid.
