I have been trying to find a new peri-workout plan and would like to give this approach a go.
Can you tell me which of your products would be used in this program?
45 minutes to an hour before a workout:
- 40 to 50 grams of easily digested functional carbohydrates
- about 35-40 grams of unique di- and tripeptides
Fifteen minutes prior the workout:
- another 35 to 40 grams of a special functional carbohydrate blend
- another 15 to 20 grams of quick-acting protein, also in liquid form.
- cyanin 3-glucoside (C3G)
Sip a combination of this same special carbohydrate blend and di- and tripeptide formulation.
Small protein drink or “pulse.”
