Help with Frittatas


I want to make my own frittata but I just want to use eggs, egg whites and veggies. How do I know how much vegetables I should use with how many eggs? Like what should the ratio be? I would like to make one for about 6 people.

Also if I only had those 3 ingredients would it taste too plain? What else could I add in and how much of it?

For flavor add salt, pepper, and herbs of choice. You’ll want some sour cream or something for added fluff mixed into the eggs.
