Hey I am eager to do this diet and have a few questions. Well one is how can i how 5 shakes when im at school from 8 - 6:30 everyday. Also, the diet says not much cardio. I’m apart of my basketball team so how do I fix that issue.
Another problem is that the diet says to buy salmon tablets and sunflower seeds but it didn’t completely describe the list. Can someone tell me what it is I should be using as my non shake meals. Finally, when taking the HOT-ROX tablets, do i take those just as directed with the diet. Thanks
