Help, Just Starting Out

Hey Chris we spoke the other day about me getting into a new program and I have started doing the Dawg school beginners workout from the forums. Now my problem is that I cannot find a direction for my nutrition. Can you recommend an article or nutrition plan that I can read up on and follow? Keeping in mind that I do want to perhaps go on Indigo-3G as soon as I get back into it and you think I’m ready.

5’ 11" 305 pounds 26 years old weight distributed pretty evenly, I believe I’m 32% BMI.

Here’s a pretty simple plan Dr. Mike Rousell and I came up with. It’ll get you started out on the right track:

My only addition would be to keep it wheat-free. That’ll cure the cravings (for the most part.)
