Help, I Fell Off the Wagon on Day 3


Day 1 and 2 where bearable, today started out ok, completed my training and walk, the fourth shake I barely got down, then I had a piece of plain chicken breast, I feel horrible… Should I consider this my HSM for the week… I feel like I have been run over by a truck… Minus the chicken, I have down the diet to the T… If anyone has some helpful tips, I would appreciate it… Thank-you…


Call that a meal, skip a shake, and get right back on the wagon. Still have the HSM.
