So how do you guys feel about heavy whipping cream? I have a ton of recipes that call for it? good bad or just plain ugly? Any alternatives?
I like it. It was one of the earliest “muscle gainers” for the old-time lifters, but only because it’s calorically dense. High fat, low carb. Just watch the calories. They can add up fast.
Organic is much tastier than non. Worth buying.
