Heavy Decline Worse on Rotator Cuffs?


I have been concentrating on heavy declines over the past 6 months, and right now I am at 405 lbs 1RM using Wendlers 5/3/1 training system.

I was speaking to a body builder, and he said that is a disaster waiting to happen as far as rotator cuff injuries go.

Is that true, what are your thoughts on decline vs. flat and the rotator cuff?
