Healthy Wendy's Frostie


Who says we can’t have dessert & reach your physique goals? I was driving by Wendy’s last night thinking I bet I could find a way to make it just as good if not better. Personally I think it’s even better. The best part is this takes very little time to make a healthy dessert.

Healthy Wendy’s Frostie

1 frozen organic banana (or a cup of ice and a regular banana)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup almond butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon organic 100% pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 Packets of Stevia (if you want it sweeter)
Add all ingredients to a blender and mix it up! Add ice to get your preferred consistency.

add a little guar gum to get closer to the consistency of a frostie. You are golden.
