Healthy Peach Cobbler


I just made a “natural” peach cobbler for dessert…I cut a peach into slices, put the slices into a small bowl, covered with a ton of cinnamon and microwaved for 2 minutes. Some variations: add Splenda or top with some light whip cream.


Sounds like that would make a good topping for almond flour <a href=""target=“new”>pancakes. Thanks!
