After many combinations of milk, protein and stevia, just came up with this recipe this morning with some iced coffee, delicious. Tasted like a Dunkin Donuts flavored iced coffee with heavy cream and sugar! This recipe is for a “batch” that will stay in the fridge for a couple of days until I make a new one.
8oz unsweetened almond milk
1/2 scoop low carb Metabolic Drive protein (chocolate or vanilla)
Stevia - between 4-6 packets (adjust to taste)
The key is to mix everything together first. I used to pour coffee, try to stir protein then sugar and almond milk, different orders, etc., never worked out perfectly until today. So, mix it all together, then pour it in your coffee. Delicious in hot or iced!
