Healthy Chicken Tacos


4 oz. cooked chicken tenderloin
1/2 avacodo diced
handful shredded lettuce
medium tomato diced
8-10 black olives diced
low-carb tortilla
top w/salsa or hot sauce!

I’ve used the low-carb tortillas in the past, but some of the ingredients are questionable. Also, I avoid wheat these days. I’d suggest looking into a wheat-free rice-based tortilla.


You can actually eat pretty healthy when eating Mexican believe it or not. Great job on the selection above brotha, looks fresh!


I generally just suck it up and eat corn tortillas, as the calories can fit my diet plan easily.
